When you sign up or use UnbendOne, we may collect:
Your name and email address
Billing information (processed securely via our payment partners)
Usage data — pages visited, features used, session duration
Lead and contact data you import or capture through the platform
2. How we use your data
We use your data to:
Provide and improve the UnbendOne platform
Send transactional emails (receipts, account alerts)
Respond to support requests
Analyse usage patterns to improve the product
We do not sell your data. Ever.
3. Self-hosted data
If you run UnbendOne on your own server, your lead and contact data never touches our infrastructure. It lives entirely on your database, under your control.
4. GDPR compliance
UnbendOne is built with GDPR compliance at its core. You can request erasure of your personal data at any time (Article 17), and export your data in a machine-readable format (Article 20). Full audit logs are available within the platform.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
6. Third-party services
We use trusted third parties for payments and analytics. Each is bound by their own privacy policy and data processing agreements. We only share the minimum data necessary.
