These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of UnbendOne ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using UnbendOne, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organisation, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login with others or allow unauthorised access to your workspace. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Notify us immediately at support@unbendone.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use UnbendOne only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Platform to send unsolicited communications (spam)

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform

• Upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the Platform

• Resell or sublicense the Platform without prior written consent

• Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

4. Subscriptions & billing

UnbendOne is offered on a subscription basis. Your chosen plan will be billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your selection. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Platform after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Free trial

We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you will need to select a paid plan to continue using the Platform. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time.

6. Your data

You retain full ownership of all data you bring into or generate within UnbendOne. We do not claim any rights over your leads, contacts, or pipeline data.

For self-hosted installations, your data resides entirely on your own infrastructure. For cloud-hosted accounts, we handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

UnbendOne and all associated software, design, and content are the intellectual property of UnbendOne and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or proprietary technology beyond what is needed to use the Platform as intended.

8. Uptime & availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or events outside our control may result in temporary downtime. We will communicate planned outages in advance wherever possible.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UnbendOne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in activity that harms the Platform or other users.

Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease. You are responsible for exporting your data before cancellation.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the courts of the jurisdiction in which UnbendOne is registered.
